Dutch report stops short of placing the blame for the MH17 downing
The Dutch Safety Board report confirmed a Russia-made BUK missile hit the MH17 passenger jet flying over Eastern Ukraine in July 2014 killing 298 people onboard. However the investigation stopped short of placing the blame for the catastrophe. The families of the MH17 crash victims would have to wait for the criminal investigation report to be released next year to find out who's responsible for the catastrophe. Daria Bondarchuk reports from the Russian capital.

Russian state arms maker claims MH17 jet was downed by missile launched from Kiev-controlled territory
The Dutch Safety Board report is expected to provide details of the MH17 Malaysian Air passenger jet downing over Ukraine in 2014. The international community maintains it was shot down by pro-Russian Ukrainian rebels using Russian BUK missile system. Moscow brushed off accusations saying the investigation was biased and ignored the findings of the Russian state arms maker proving MH17 flight was hit by a missile launched from the Ukrainian territory.
