UK ELECTION FOCUSES ON PROPERTY, SNP DEALS, TEN DAYS OUT

It's ten days until the UK votes in a general election still too close to call.

The opposition Labour Party has unveiled a pledge to exempt most first-time buyers from the stamp duty property tax in an effort to help people onto the property ladder.

Polls continue to show Labour neck and neck with the coalition-leading Conservatives - suggesting a high probability of a hung parliament after May 7th's vote.

And Scottish nationalists the SNP say they can play a crucial role in helping Labour form a government - although Labour rule this out.
