Nigeria recalls South African ambassador after xenophobic attacks

INTRO:  South Africa's foreign ministry has criticized Nigeria's decision to recall its ambassador back to Abuja. The Nigerian government cites the lack of action by the South African government against attacks on African nationals as the reason for the recall. At least seven people were killed in two cities in South Africa earlier this month, when locals attacked foreign nationals. But South Africa diplomats believe there may be other motives behind the recall. Gary Alfonso reports ...
