The European Union is in Kiev for talks about violations of a truce between Ukrainian government forces and pro-Russian rebels.
The so-called 'Minsk agreement' signed in February by both sides has led to a decrease in fighting in East Ukraine but ongoing attacks have drawn international criticism.
