The death toll from a building collapse in the Indian capital New Delhi has risen to seven, with police issuing a lookout notice for the fugitive owner of the property.
The five-storey building, which housed a student hostel in the Satya Niketan neighbourhood, came down on Sunday while basement repair work was under way. Police have filed charges including culpable homicide.
Rescue crews have been working through a second day at the site, using heavy machinery and sniffer dogs to search for anyone still trapped.
