Ukraine has warned that deliveries of air defence missiles from its allies fell by a third in the first half of this year compared with the same period in 2025.
The warning comes as Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky says Russia is ramping up missile production ahead of a likely winter campaign targeting the country's energy infrastructure.
The European Commission last week released nearly three and a half billion euros (approximately $3.8 billion) earmarked for drones, missiles, air defence and fighter jets.
