Negotiators in Doha have reportedly reached a preliminary agreement to release three billion dollars in frozen Iranian funds, as indirect talks between Washington and Tehran continue through Qatari and Pakistani mediators.
The discussions also touch on the conflict in Lebanon, where Israel is demanding the complete disarmament of Hezbollah.
