Iran says it will not hold direct talks with the United States in Doha until the terms of the existing ceasefire memorandum of understanding are fully implemented — with Qatar's Foreign Ministry confirming there will be no face-to-face meeting between Iranian officials and US envoy Steve Witkoff on Tuesday.
