Planned talks on Iran's nuclear programme in Switzerland have been postponed, with the White House confirming that US Vice President JD Vance's trip has been put off and no new date set for negotiations.
The delay comes after Israel carried out a wave of deadly strikes across Lebanon on Friday in response to a Hezbollah attack that killed four soldiers — despite the US-Iran agreement declaring an end to the conflict on all fronts.
Washington has told Tehran that Israel will not further escalate its attacks, as the Trump administration tries to salvage the diplomatic process.
