Kremlin denies passing special message from Putin to Trump on 'planned Kyiv strikes'

Russian President Vladimir Putin did not pass any messages on to US President Donald Trump through his Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov or US State Secretary Marco Rubio, the Kremlin aide said. Moscow admitted it had not received a response from Washington to its Monday's warning issued to foreign diplomats advising to leave Kyiv before a series of "retaliatory strikes" on the city begin. A top Russian security official claims Russia is ready to strike Ukraine "at any moment”.
