Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Trinh is on a four-day visit to Moscow. He's expected to hold talks with top Russian officials and sign a number of agreements in trade and investment. Russia and Vietnam are expected to step up energy cooperation as well. The visit comes amid a sharp rise in fuel prices in Vietnam due to instability in the Middle East.
