US senator Markwayne Mullin is being sworn in as the next secretary of
the Department of Homeland Security.
He replaces Kristi Noem whose controversial time in charge saw federal
agents deployed to multiple cities, leading to the fatal shootings on
two US citizens in Minnesota in January.
