US govt shutdown looks likely over funding fight

The US government is heading towards another partial shutdown as
lawmakers remain deadlocked on funding for Homeland Security amid
continued anger about the immigration crackdown in Minnesota.

Democrats want reforms to curb Immigration and Customs Enforcement
agents after the killing of two US citizens in Minneapolis.
