US Homeland Security calls for "full travel ban" on "invaders"

The US Homeland Security secretary is recommending sweeping
restrictions on immigration accusing other nations of flooding the US
with "killers, leeches, and entitlement junkies".

It comes after an Afghan national was arrested for the shooting of two
National Guard troops last week.
