US President Donald Trump has repeated his threat to carry out land attacks on Venezuela, as he defended strikes on alleged drug boats in the Caribbean Sea. The President and his Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth have come under increased scrutiny after it emerged that one boat was struck twice - killing survivors who were clinging to the wreckage. Lawmakers in the House and Senate are investigating it as a possible war crime. Toni Waterman has more.
