Chinese fast fashion giant faces French lawmakers ahead of possible suspension

Representatives from the controversial Chinese fast fashion giant Shein (PRON: Shee-inn) will face questions from French lawmakers on Tuesday.

Shein has faced multiple issues in France, from the sale of childlike sex dolls, to claims of unethical business practices.

Across the EU, lawmakers are calling for tougher action against e-commerce platforms.
