US denies Ramaphosa's claim of G20 participation

The White House has denied reports it will now be taking part in the
G20 summit in South Africa.

The country's president Cyril Ramaphosa said talks with the US were
ongoing despite President Donald Trump previously ruling out any
participation over "genocide" claims.
