Putin says any foreign troops in Ukraine would be ‘legitimate targets’

Russian President refused European leaders' plan to deploy troops to Ukraine to guarantee the country's security in the event of a ceasefire. Any foreign military groupings in Ukraine would be considered "legitimate targets", he warned.
