Bulgaria walks back Russia jamming claim

Bulgarian officials say there's no evidence to suggest that Russia
used GPS jamming on a plane carrying the European Commission President
Ursula von der Leyen.

This comes just days after the Commission said that Bulgarian
authorities told them it was blatant interference.
