Ukraine accuses Russia of delaying sanctions

Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says Russia is trying to delay
peace talks in an effort to avoid U.S. sanctions.

Washington has been pushing for a ceasefire and Kyiv says that the
Trump administration has the strength to achieve it.
