White House announces auto tariffs "deal"

US Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnik has announced a "major victory"
for the car industry, with a "deal" to ease tariffs on automakers.

It comes as President Donald Trump travels to the heartland of US
auto-making to mark his first 100 days in office.
