US-Ukraine mineral deal could be signed on Wednesday

The US and Ukraine could sign the long-awaited minerals deal this
Wednesday with top Ukrainian officials reportedly traveling to
Washington.

However, a last-minute snag could derail the deal, with push back from
the White House over future military assistance to Kyiv.
