​Federal Judge refuses to lift ban on use of Alien Enemies Act to deport migrants

A federal judge on Monday refused a request from the Trump Administration to lift a ban on the use of the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 to deport migrants without due process. More than 130 people were sent to a prison in El Salvador before the restraining order was put in place. Toni Waterman has more.
