US President Donald Trump is expected to speak to Panama's president
Jose Raul Mulino on Friday after his repeated threats to seize control
of the country's Canal.
It comes after the US State Department claimed US ships would no
longer have to pay fees for passing through the Panama Canal -
something President Mulino denies.
