UNAIDS warns of several deaths if US goes ahead with funding cuts

More than six million people could die from HIV and Aids in the next
four years, according to the United Nations Aids agency should US
president Donald Trump pull global funding.
While there's currently a waiver on HIV/Aids programmes following
Trump's announcement of foreign aid funding freezes, the UN says there
remains widespread confusion that's already resulted in several job
cuts.
