UN concerned about US foreign aid freeze

United Nations chief, Antonio Guterres has expressed concern over
Donald Trump's freeze on US foreign aid.
Shortly after being sworn in, Trump ordered all federal government
agencies to enact a 90-day pause on all foreign assistance and a
review of existing programmes.
Guterres warns that this could cost the lives of many around the world.
