FOUR MORE SPECIES GAIN PROTECTION FROM UK IVORY ACT

The British government says more animal species will be protected from the ivory trade with an extension of the UK's "Ivory Act".

Previously it only banned the trade of elephant tusks. Now Narwhals, hippos, sperm whales, and orcas will also be protected.
