The US Secret Service is coming under renewed scrutiny following a damning report, warning another assassination attempt will happen if it doesn't make changes.
It comes after a gunman fired shots at former President Donald Trump during a rally in Pennsylvania in July, with one bullet grazing Trump's ear.
