Texas Supreme Court halts execution of man in ‘shaken baby syndrome’ case

The Texas Supreme Court has halted the execution of a man convicted of shaking his 2-year-old daughter Nikki to death. Robert Roberson, who is autistic,  was scheduled for a lethal injection on Thursday night but the high court issued a stay as concerns mount that he may in fact be innocent.
