US Secretary of State Antony Blinken has called for de-escalation in
the Middle East after thousands of pager exploded in Lebanon killing
at least 12 people.
He's been meeting with Egypt's president in Cairo to discuss ongoing
negotiations for an Israel-Hamas ceasefire and the release of
hostages.
