China and EU officials meet for EV talks

China's Commerce Minister Wang Wentao is meeting Thursday with his
counterpart at the European Union.

Tariffs on Chinese electric vehicles is top of the agenda after the EU
imposed duties of up to 35 percent on some manufacturers.
