Blackouts in Ukraine causing more Ukrainians to leave

Russia's recent attacks on Ukraine's energy grid led to a rise in departures from the country over the summer months, according to a UN report published on Thursday. The report said nearly half of Ukrainians interviewed at the border cited power cuts as their reason for leaving.
