US President Joe Biden has vowed to rebuild the Francis Scott Key Bridge in the city of Baltimore, after it collapsed last week.
A cargo ship lost power and hit the two-and-a-half kilometre structure, bringing it down and killing six construction workers.
During a visit to Baltimore on Friday, the President observed the crash site, spoke with local officials and also met families of the victims.
From nearby Washington, Benji Hyer reports.
