US job far exceeded expectations in March

The US economy added 303,000 jobs in March, many more than expected, according to new data on Friday.


Analysts warn the ongoing strength of the labour market, and inflation high above the Federal Reserve's 2% target, could see the central bank keep interest rates higher for longer.
