Donald Trump has thanked the US Supreme Court for ruling in his favour
and striking down a ban that would have kept his name off state
ballots.
He said the unanimous decision will help in "bringing the country together".
The Supreme Court overturned a ruling in Colorado that meant voters in
the state would not have been able to vote for Trump in Tuesday's
primary.
Colorado said he should be disqualified due to the Jan 6th attack on
the Capitol building, arguing his actions amounted to 'insurrection'.
The former president spoke at his Mar-a-Lago residence in Florida.
