Public satisfaction with Britain's National Health Service has hit a new record low, according to polling.
Just 24% of people said they were satisfied with the NHS in 2023, down from a high of 70% in 2010.
The government says it is making progress in cutting waiting lists and reducing backlogs after the covid pandemic.
But patients say their experience is mixed.
