India's protesting farmers are set to resume their march to New Delhi,
after another round of talks with the government failed to reach common ground.
The Narendra Modi government last offered farmers a five year contract for guaranteed prices for five of 23 crops, but they are pushing for a law that would guarantee higher minimum prices for all crops.
