UNSG pleads for the safety of civilians in Gaza

The United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres says he is
"deeply concerned about the clear violations of international
humanitarian law" that he is witnessing in Gaza.
The Secretary General was addressing the Security Council in New York
that's being attended by several Foreign Ministers from around the
world.
