IMF says global economy is 'limping along' as it releases latest outlook

INTRO:

The Israeli-Palestinian conflict may impact global growth according to the International Monetary Fund, but it's too soon to say.

The institution has cut its global growth forecast to 3 percent this year – and 2.9 percent next year, with a shaky outlook for China and the Eurozone. But India and the U.S. remain resilient.
