US President Joe Biden says he believes that Israel was not responsible for last night's blast at a hospital in Gaza that Hamas authorities claim killed at least 500 people.
The American leader is in Tel Aviv, making a controversial visit to Israel where he's met Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
He says he has secured Israeli backing to permit humanitarian assistance to enter the Gaza Strip.
