Alec Baldwin could face fresh charges in fatal shooting on movie set

Prosecutors in New Mexico say they are seeking to recharge Alec Baldwin in the fatal shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins, who was killed when the gun Baldwin was holding fired during rehearsal on the movie set "Rust" in 2021. An original charge of involuntary manslaughter was dismissed earlier this year.  Toni Waterman has more.
