Only 400 Airbnb's approved in NYC so far

New York city has only approved around 400 Airbnb's in the city
following the introduction of a new law that prohibits short-term
rentals.
According to the new state and city laws, stays for under 30 days
without the presence of the permanent tenant are not allowed.
