Migrants caught in the middle of Washington fight over federal spending

Thousands of migrants  - including scores of young children - continue to pour over the US southern border, straining resources in some of the poorest areas of the country. The mounting humanitarian crisis now finds itself at the center of a political fight in Washington - as lawmakers argue over keeping the government up and running.
