The Indian government has denied Canada's allegations that New Delhi was involved in the murder of a Sikh leader.
Justin Trudeau told the Canadian parliament that officials were pursuing "credible allegations" of India's involvement in the death of Hardeep Singh Nijjar who was shot in British Columbia in June.
Nijjar led a group demanding the creation of a separate state for the Sikh community – to be carved out of India's Punjab province.
