Consumer goods giant Unilever has reported a growth in sales profits, beating sales forecasts.
The announcement has resulted in a surge in the company's shares, jumping 5% and topping the FTSE 100 on Tuesday.
However, Unilever's strong performance has been almost entirely based on increased prices and has drawn criticism of profiting from the cost of living crisis.
