UN still has 90 days to implement deal on Russian grain, fertilizers exports, Moscow says

Russian Foreign Ministry claimed UN has 3 more months to fulfill the memorandum on exports of Russian grain and fertilizers it had signed with Moscow. Only in that case Moscow could return to discussing the grain deal again, the Ministry's spokesperson said. Moscow had quit the international arrangement that secured shipments of over 32 million tons of Ukrainian grain over the past year.
