TESLA SUBMITS PLANS TO DOUBLE CAPACITY AT BERLIN FACTORY

Tesla has submitted plans to authorities in Germany for a major expansion of its gigafactory in Berlin. 

The Elon Musk owned electric vehicle maker is hoping to double capacity at the site.
