Inflation in the UK has dropped to 7.9% in the year to June.
The figure is lower than many analysts expected, and was mainly driven by a drop in the price of fuel.
Inflation is now at its lowest level for more than a year, but remains well above the government target of 2%.
UK Chancellor (finance minister) Jeremy Hunt says there is still a lot of work to do, as people struggle with continued price rises.
