The United States aims to rejoin UNESCO after leaving back in 2017
accusing the agency of anti-Israel bias.
The U.S. now also plans to pay over 600 millions dollars to the UN's
cultural agency.
A formal vote by UN members to accept the U.S. back into UNESCO is
expected next month.
