Traffic delays on Interstate 95 following collapse

A major arterial freeway, the Philadelphia Interstate 95 partially
collapsed on Sunday, severely slowing down traffic on one of the
busiest freeways in the United States.
The collapse has affected at least four lanes and officials say the
repairs could take months.
